Here is another great breakfast idea. Today I made a green smoothie for my breakfast. My Blendtec blender whips up a smoothie in no time. I started today with 4 oz. of filtered water, 4 oz. of coconut milk, 2 tsp. of bee pollen, and 2 tsp. of Flax Oil. Then come the greens; a handful of spinach, a few Romaine heart leaves, alfalfa sprouts, red clover sprouts, and a celery stalk. Then I blended it well. Finally I added an apple, banana, a few frozen strawberries and 2 scoops of a vegan protein powder made with brown rice. Yummy.

Healthy breakfast
Here is a healthy breakfast that I enjoy. I mix 1/2 cup of steel cut oats into 1 1/4 cups of Rice Dream rice drink. Cook for approximately 20 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens. I then add 2 tsp of flax oil (rich in omega 3 fatty acids), and one teaspoon of cinnamon. I then chop and add an apple, (I like Gala apples). It is very tasty. I hope that if you try it you will post a comment. I don't use milk, as I have an intolerance to it.
